  • April 9, 2022 - Fayetteville Lions Club Ham & Bean Supper held at Fayetteville Baptist Church from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Adults - $6.00 or $7.00 at the door. Dinner includes Ham & Beans, Cole Slaw, cornbread, potatoes, hots dogs, desert, and drink.

  • April 9, 2022 - Easter Egg Hunt Tabernacle of Praise 1381 U.S. 50 East, Bedford Easter Egg Hunt Grades 0 -5th Grade 111:00 a.m. to noon parent or guardian must be present.

  • April 9, 2022- Rural King in Bedford Lawrence County Patient Services - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Volunteers wearing yellow aprons, grilling hot dogs, find out how to help this organization.

  • April 14, 2022 - Candidate Forum Sponsored by Lawrence County Farm Bureau Inc. at the Lawrence County 4-H Fair and Expo Hall doors open 5:30 p.m. - Forum begins 6:00 p.m.

  • April 16, 2022 - Indian Creek Township VFD Annual Easter Bake Sale 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the fire station located on State Road 158 in Fayetteville.

  • April 16, 2022 - Marshall Township VFD Fish Fry - Avoca-Marshall Township Recreation Park catered by Judah Catering - 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

  • April 16, 2022 - Drive through Easter Bag Handout at Mitchell City Park 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. or while supplies last.

  • April 16, 2022 - River Edge Church Easter Egg Hunt and picture with the Easter Bunny 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

  • April 16th -Englewood Baptist Church Pancake Breakfast with bounce house, crafts and egg hunt begins at 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

  • April 16th Oolitic VFW - Breakfast 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. with the Easter Bunny from 11:00 a.m. to noon, Easter Egg Hunt beginning at noon. Pictures with Easter Bunny, Duck pond and prizes.

  • April 16th Bedford Parks Department Bunny and Egg Hunt - In partnership with the Bedford Masonic Lodge will be hosting breakfast with the Easter Bunny from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. - Then at noon Easter Egg Hunt begins sharply at noon, with age groups of 3 and under, 4-6 , 7-9, and 10 to older.

  • April 18, 2022 - Candidate Forum sponsored by the Lawrence County GOP for Sheriff and Commissioner Candidates at the Stone Gate Arts & Education Center begins at 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. public welcome.

  • April 21, 2022 - Lawrence County Town Hall Coalition - Mid-States Corridor Information meeting sponsored by the Sierra Club - 6:30 p.m. at Emerson Gym in Mitchell
