BEDFORD - DECEMBER 18, 2023 - The City of Bedford has approved using the city's general fund to purchase a new trash truck.

The sanitation funds have been depleted for the $309,234 purchase price of the new truck. The truck has already been purchased and will take one year before the new truck arrives.
The Bedford city council approved new fee increases to help pay for the purchase.
