BEDFORD - ( March 17, 2022) - A public hearing of a proposed car wash on John Williams Blvd will be heard on March 22, 2022 at the City Concourse.
The public hearing was approved by the Bedford Planning Commission at their last meeting. The current zoning regulations does not permitt a car wash in any of the zoning classifications. Therefore, any car wash proposal must file for an exemption to be allowed to operate within the City of Bedford.

property is zoned B-3 Planned Business District and does not allow for a car
wash as a permitted use. They are requesting a special exception permit
under the B-3 zoning to allow the car wash.
