Bedford Redevelopment Commission Approves Invoices for Proposed former Aldi's Building Purchase
BEDFORD - (February 14, 2022) - The Bedford Redevelopment Commission approved several invoices in relation to the proposed purchase of the former Aldi's building.

Approved the payment to Barne's and Thornburg for legal services in response to Bedford City Attorney Greg Pittman's request for procedures on the acquisition of the Aldi's property at 2308 West 16th Street
Approved the invoice to Mordoh & Associates in the amount of $3,500 and Kinser Appraisals LLC in the amount of $650
Requested and accepted BLUEMOOSE Phase I environmental study for the Aldi's building site and assessment of environmental concerns.
Approved the invoice from BLUEMOOSE for the environmental study for the Aldi's building. The total cost was $1,950
