Bedford Pool is Opens for the summer season Saturday

BEDFORD - MAY 28, 2023 - The Bedford's John Lowery Municipal Pool opened up for the summer season on Saturday at noon.

" We are ready for a fun summer, the pool is fully staffed this year. There are lot of returning lifeguards this year, as well as new guards. We got to work with Bedford Fire Department, IU Lifeline Ambulance Service, and Lawrence County Fire Territory Ambulance Service for in-service training such as spinal injuries," said Georgia Sites, Pool Manger.

Season passes for lap swimming is available. Lap swimming is available from 11:00 am until noon.

Regular pool hours are from 12:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Daily Fees:

Age 2 & Under - Free

Ages 3 -17 - $2.50

Adults - $3.00

Slide band - $1.50

Pool passes will not be available for this year.

Adult lap swimming will be offered daily from 11:00 am - Noon - Cost is $20 month or $40 for summer.
