Old Business:

1. Public hearing for Forrest Lake who requests to rezone his property located

at 1323 5th Street from R-3 Medium Density Residential District to B-1

Convenience Business.

2. Public hearing for William Howe who requests a minor subdivision of his

property located at 2319 & 2321 Mitchell Rd. Bedford, IN. 47421. William

is requesting to subdivide the property into two separate parcels to sell one

half.

New Business:

1. Preliminary hearing for Bubbas Pizza (Jennifer King) who requests a minor

subdivision of their property located at 2717 John Williams Blvd. Jennifer

wishes to subdivide the property into two separate parcels. Travis Norman

will provide further information.

2. Preliminary hearing for Larry Blackburn who requests a minor subdivision

of his property located at 2410 29th Street. Larry wishes to subdivide the

property into three separate parcels. Travis Norman will provide further

information.
