Bedford Planning Department Issues 21 Permits in November

BEDFORD - (December 7, 2021) - The Bedford Planning Department issued 21 permits in the Month of November. Construction tends to cool off in the winter months.

Here is a list of permits issued in the Month of November:

• Commercial with Inspections - 1

• New Public Building - 1

• New Residential Construction - 2

• Residential No inspection - 1

• Residential with inspection - 8

• Signs - 7

New commercial storage unit in the 2001 Stevens Avenue was built for $150,000 as well as $73,630 in new residential construction was completed in the Month of November.

There was an estimated $300,000 in residential remodeling was conducted in the Month of November.

By March construction and permits are expected to thaw out and be prepared for busy year in 2022.
