BEDFORD - ( December 13, 2021) - The Bedford Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. at the City Concourse located at 1402 H Street in Bedford.

Old Business:

1. Public hearing for Gene Riley who wants to extend 6 lots in Broadview

Section 5. See attached map for description. Corey Allen will be presenting

the information to the board.

2. Public hearing for Robert L. & Malissa K Ikerd who request a minor

subdivision to include lots 21, 22 and a vacant lot southwest of 21 of the

Broadview North Subdivision. Larry wishes to combine all these lots to make

one parcel.

New Business:

1. Preliminary hearing for Jeffrey & Kimberly Hauersperger who request

approval from the Planning Commission for a Special Exception Permit to

install a Type II manufactured home on 2106 24 th Street Bedford, IN. 47421.

Approval will be forwarded to the Board of Zoning and Appeals for public

hearing.
