BEDFORD -SEPTEMBER 13, 2023 - The Bedford Plan Commission moved Forest Lake request to rezone his property at 1323 5th Street from R-3 Medium Density Residential District to B-1 Convivence Business.
The location is currently a car dealership which grandfathered in its current use. However, if the property sells the new owner wants to use the property as a barber shop.
If sale does not happen the lot will remain a car lot.
The commission moved on to a public hearing.
The commission moved Mike Howe's request for a minor subdivision at 2319 & 2321 Mitchell Road in order to sell one property.
Howe intends to sell the property to Mike Mosqueda owner of Copy Trolley. The plan commission moved the request on to a public hearing.
