Bedford Plan Commission Moves Two Subdivisions to Board of Works

BEDFORD - (December 15, 2021) - The Bedford Plan Commission moved two sub-divisions on to the Board of Works for final approval Tuesday night.

Plan Commission members Angela Hawkins and Adam Chastain was not present for the meeting Tuesday.

  • The public hearing for Gene Riley to extend 6 lots in Broadview Section 5 has approved and will move on the Board of works for final approval. Bryon Buker abstained from the vote as he was an adjoining property owner.

  • The public hearing for Robert L. and Malissa Ikerd request for a minor subdivision to include lots 21 -22 and a vacant lot southwest of lot 21 of the Broadview North Subdivision. The lots will be combined to make one parcel.

  • The Preliminary hearing for Jeffery and Kimberly Hauersperger was approved for a special exemption to permit a Type II manufactured home at 2100 block of 24th Street. The special exemption is needed in a R-4. The measure moves on to Bedford Board of Zoning Appeals which will meet on December 28, 2021.

All the requests did not have anyone opposed to them.
