Bedford Firefighters Respond to Chase Bank to Check on Possible Fire

BEDFORD - JUNE 9, 2022 - UPDATED: Beford Firefighters responded to the Chase Bank due to small fire in the air conditioning unit.

There was light smoke in the building, however damage was limited to the air unit. The call came directly to the Fire Headquarters and only one station responded to the incident. No injuries were reported.

Original Story: Bedford Fire Department is at the Chase Bank checking for a possible fire on the top floor of the building.

There is no visible signs of smoke or flames. Chase Bank is located at the intersection of 16th and I Streets in Bedford.

The call reporting the incident came in around 5:15 p.m.
