1. Hold elections for the 2022 year:

A. President B. Vice Chairman C. Secretary

2. Public hearing for a Variance from Developmental Standards request for

Daryl Peterson for vacant property located at the corner of 14th & F Streets Bedford, IN. 47421. Daryl is requesting to place a pole barn style building on this property. There is no principal structure on this property therefore Daryl needs a variance to allow him to construct a pole barn style structure on this lot.
