Bedford Board of Zoning Appeals Approves Variance for Greco's Tuesday Afternoon
BEDFORD - JUNE 29, 2022 - Bedford Board of Zoning Appeals approved the variance for David Sabatier's request to expand his business at 519 Lincoln Avenue.

Mike Woods, who is neighbor to Greco's to the south of the business indicated that he supported the efforts. Woods could not attend the BZA meeting Tuesday afternoon but communicated to Bedford Planning Director Brandon Woodward his support of the business renovations.
In the variance, it will allow no setback on the sidewalks on the east and west side of the building and less than required setback of 4 feet to the south of the building.
Additionally, A one hour firewall will be added to both the east and west of the building, including the south side of the building that will be close to the home of Woods.
Plans to expand the business have been in the works for several years, with the purchase of a home next to the building which has since been demolished.
A modernization of the kitchen, more seating, and public restrooms are all part of the project.
Greco's is one of the first pizza retraunts in the Bedford City limits.
