Avoca Daze 5 Hour Endurance Run & Walk October 15th

AVOCA - SEPTEMBER 29, 2022 - The Avoca Daze 5 Hour Endurance Run & Walk will be held on October 15th at the Avoca / Marshall Township Park and Recreation.

The event begins at 8:30 a.m. with Gospel Singing and Food available.

List of events:

• Silent Auction - 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

• Gospel Music - 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

• Pumpkin and Face Painting

• Coffee - Hot Chocolate - Donuts - $5.00 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

• Hot dogs - Chips - Drink $10 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• Popcorn Throughout the day

AVOCA /MARSHALL TOWNSHIP PARK & RECREATION ENDURANCE RACE

The 5 Hour Endurance Race is all about how many laps you can complete in five hours. The race can be done solo, or as a team of 3 - 4, or 5-6. There are male, female, and coed divisions.

There will be a one-mile fun run. The race ends five hours after the starting gun and should give all participants enough time to compete in the BatCole 5k at the Lawrence County Boys/Girls Club.
